Video : Ronaldo pushes Pep Guardiola

Soccer Extreme : Cristiano Ronaldo has never been thought of as the most mature player, and having given a strong effort over the first half hour only to see his team down 2-0, some frustration seems to be coming through. That may be why the Real Madrid star shoves Pep Guardiola.

It's not as if Ronaldo went over to the Barcelona bench and attacked their coach. The incident came about when a ball went into touch and was picked up by Guardiola. When Ronaldo came to take the ball for the throw-in, Guardiola held the ball away from the player with this right hand. After Ronaldo spend a moment reaching for the ball, Guardiola flicked the ball away, along the sideline. As Ronaldo turned toward the ball, right outstretched right hand gave Guardiola a small shove.

The Barcelona players immediately reacted. Andrés Iniesta came over from midfield to shoved Ronaldo. From there, each player converted on the tussle, with Real Madrid defender Pepe sprinting into the fray from 50 yards away. Pepe, who was once suspended for 10 Liga matches for violent conduct, surprisingly played a peace keeper's role, talking to goalkeeper Victor Valdes when the Barça player looked ready to escalate the confrontation.

Cooler heads prevailed, as they say, with only one yellow card show. Congratulations, Victor Valdes, on winning the caution. see the highlights here [HQ]

Full Time : Barcelona 5 - 0 Real Madrid

Team News: Gabriel Milito is Barcelona's only injury concern and Pep Guardiola has an otherwise fully-fit squad. However, Mourinho has Kaka and Fernando Gago out injured, but is boosted by the recoveries of Ricardo Carvalho, Khedira and Higuain from their respective injuries.

Barcelona

Line Ups: Victor Valdés,Gerard Piqué,Carles Puyol,Eric Abidal,Dani Alves,Sergio Busquets, Andrés, Iniesta, Xavi, Pedro, David Villa and Lionel Messi

Subs: Seydou Keita, José Manuel Pinto, Javier Mascherano, Adriano, Maxwell, Bojan Krkic and Jeffrén Suárez

Real Madrid

Line Ups: Iker Casillas, Ricardo Carvalho, Pepe, Marcelo, Sergio Ramos, Xabi Alonso, Sami Khedira, Karim Benzema, Mesut Özil, Cristiano Ronaldo and Ángel Di María

Subs: Jerzy Dudek, Mahamadou Diarra, Raúl Albiol, Álvaro Arbeloa, Gonzalo Higuaín, Lassana Diarra and Pedro León

1 Min: IBTimes - The players are walking out, and the 99,000 capacity- crowd erupts in the Barca anthem. The players look nervous, but there is no mistaking how proud they are to play in this fixture. Despite the world class talent all over the field, the eyes will be on Messi and Ronaldo - the two best players in the planet at the moment.

4 Min: IBTimes - And we're off as Real Madrid kick-off. And the whistle blows off early as Cristiano Ronaldo is fouled near the touch-line. Barca have the ball now and the defence hits a long ball forward trying to find Villa behind Pepe. But the Brazilian heads away. Barca get back on the ball and try to price through a pass for Villa, but is again intercepted by Carvalho this time. Barca looking to pressurize high up.

6 Min: IBTimes - The whites see the ball as Ozil spreads wide for CR9. The Portuguese winger does a couple of trademark step-overs before crossing, but it is comfortably gathered by Valdes who hurts himself in the process after his head clashes with his defender, Pique's knee. He is back on his feet and the game goes on.

9 Min: IBTimes - Barca win the first corner of the game after wrestling and pressurizing Di Maria high up the Madrid defence. The corner is cleared but the rebound falls Messi who won't come closer than that. He lobbed the ball to the far post but it hit the post and fell the wrong side of goal, Xabi Alonso was there to hack it away. But Xavi gathers and his 20 yard shot goes out off the feet of Carvalho for another Barca corner. This time, it's cleared.

11 Min: IBTimes: And Madrid attack at the other end with Cristiano Ronaldo again finding the ball down the right. His sex-seven step overs fail to deceive Puyol though and he has to switch play to Di Maria down the left. However, his attempt is blocked and Barca counter. The Catalans look dangerous every time they attack, or is the Madrid defence looking shaky with each Barca attack? Point being, Barca look more threatening as of now.

GOAL! Barcelona 1-0!! XAVI!

13 Min: IBTimes - 10 minutes in, it has been all Barca and they deservedly lead. And the Spanish pair of Iniesta and Xavi are involved. Iniesta cuts down the left and hits a ground ball with pace into the box, to Xavi who beat the offside trap. He had a bit of luck controling the ball as it hit a defender and was in the air. Xavi was quick to spot it and he touched it past Casillas into the goal! 1-0 and a deserved goal!

14 Min: IBTimes - Madrid win their first corner after a 30 yard shot from Di Maria is hacked away by Valdes.

16 Min: IBTimes - Comes to nothing though, as it fails to clear the first man. What an opening to the game! It has been explosive as predicted. Guardiola had said he wouldn't alter his team's strategy and that is exactly what has happened with Barca doing all the attacking. Whenvever they have the ball, they threaten the Madrid rearguard.

18 Min: IBTimes -15 minutes into the game, Barca have enjoyed a stunning 75% possession with more than 2/3 of play happening near the Madrid defence.

19 Min: IBTimes - GOAL! 2-0 BARCELONA! PEDRO!

21 Min: IBTimes - Two goals inside 18 minutes. Jose Mourinho look stunned. The hard work was all down by Villa down the left as Xavi finds him with a long ball. The Spanish forward races into the box from near the touchline and tries to lay across goal. Iker Casillas can only parry the cross away as Pedro is in the right place, ahead of Marcelo, to tap into an empty net.

24 Min: IBTimes - It is the worst possible start for Real Madrid. They had only conceded 6 goals in the La Liga going into this game. They have already conceded two here. However, if any team can peg Barca back from 2-0 down, it is this Real Madrid side. And as Mourinho sneers at the touch line, we can barely imagine what is going through that man's mind.

26 Min: IBTimes - Barca win another corner as Pedro's cross from the right is flicked out by Ramos, as Villa lurked at the far post. The corner comes to nothing, but Madrid's defence is in shambles, and it is not often you get to say that.

28 Min: IBTimes - Whenever Madrid win the ball, they try to rush things and end making a mis-placed pass or a loose receiving touch. Being 2-0 down is unnatural to them, and the way they react will shape the result of the game.

29 Min: IBTimes - Casillas is furious with his defence as Pedro races clear one-on-one against the Madrid skipper. He does well to block the shot, but the Madrid players shout at the linesman claiming Pedro was offside.

32 Min: IBTimes - Barca slow things down now as they pass around amongst their defence, occasionally trying to open the Madrid defence with a long ball to Pedro or Villa on either wings.

35 Min: IBTimes - Ugly scenes at the game as something Ronaldo wanted to take the ball from Guardiola but was refused. Ronaldo slightly pushes the Barca coach and suddenly Iniesta is pushing Ronaldo around. Soon all the 23 players are there as Valdes rushes from his goal line to have a go at Ronaldo. Valdes and Ronaldo get carded as things are calmed down. But you can be sure things will turn ugly again. It's a derby for a reason.

35 Min: IBTimes - David Villa goes into the book too as he comes in late of Khedira. It's a free kick from 45 yards out. But with Cristiano Ronaldo lining it up, it could go in.

35 Min: IBTimes - He hits the ball well, curving just fractions wide of Valdes' right. However, there is touch from the wall and it's a corner. Nothing comes of it as Barca counter with Messi rushing through the middle only to be tugged back for a foul at the other end. Barca take the free kick quickly.

35 Min: IBTimes - Di Maria cuts a cross back for Ozil, but before the German could bring it under control, Puyol challenges him and it's a Madrid corner. It comes to nothing, but Madrid grab the clearance down the left and Di Maria's cross is again cleared, this time deep into the Madrid half.

42 Min: IBTimes - Still five minutes to go in this first half, as Messi, who has been relatively quite so far in the game, tries to power in from distance. It sails far and wide, but good to see the little guy getting into his stride.

45 Min: IBTimes - And Messi again, from a Barca counter, rushes down the left racing towards the box. But Pepe reads it well and comes in just at the right time to take the ball away from the Argentine's feet. Messi looks appealing at the ref, but all he gets is a wry smile.

48 Min: IBTimes - Ugly scenes again unfolds as Carvalho seems to have elbowed Messi on the face. As replays show, it wasn't much of an elbow, but Messi dives to the floor, quite a delayed reaction, trying to get Carvalho carded. However, the linesman spotted the whole incident, and the ref puts Messi into the book.

49 Min: IBTimes - 2 minutes of added time ends and it's half-time at the Nou Camp. It has been all Barcelona. At half-time it is Barcelone 2-0 Real Madrid.

Half Time: Wrap - Well, it was as exciting as it promised to be. However, it's all thanks to Barca. They have been absolutely brilliant this first half, and early goals from Xavi and Pedro sends the Catalans into half-time two ahead. However, Madrid haven't been impressive in the first half and Mourinho has some work to do before sending his team out for the second half. It was all too easy for Barca to pass through, and they could have had a couple more goals as the game wore on. As with all derbies, the Classico has had it's share of ugly scenes with Ronaldo and Messi involved in the two incidents. It all makes for a brilliant second half, and i need a cuppa before i can go on. See you all in 10, and gear up for another thrilling half.

64 Min: IBTimes - And the players are back on the field. Real have made one change at half-time. Mourinho's brought on.Lassana Diarra for Mesut Ozil.

And Barca kick-off the second half, with Madrid going from left to right.

66 Min: IBTimes - Barca enjoyed over 60% of possession in that first half where they dominated the mid-field. Diarra has been brought on to curb that Barca midfield.

68 Min: IBTimes - Villa almost scored there, much thanks to Messi. The Argentine embarked on one of his trademark runs going upto the edge of the area before shooting. The shot was blocked by a combination of Casillas and Pepe, and the ball broke to Villa on the left with an empty net inviting him to shoot. However, Pepe defended impressively, sliding across to block his shot. Good defending.

68 Min: IBTimes - Xabi Alonso takes Sergio Busquets legs off with a late challenge, and he goes into the book. No complaints from the Spaniard.

70 Min: IBTimes - Xavi almost scored again, as Messi again runs with the ball across the field before slipping through for Xavi to run on to. However, the Spaniard's first shot is blocked by his international team-mate Casillas, while he shot the rebound off balance into the side-netting.

73 Min: IBTimes - Madrid are keeping the ball better in the second half, but they haven't been able to get near the Barca box. Barca, on the other hand, look dangerous on the counter, specially with Real's rear-guard maintaining a shaky line high up.

74 Min: IBTimes - GOAL! 3-0 BARCELONA! VILLA!

76 Min: IBTimes - Messi has come more into the game in the second half, and he grabs the assist for Barca's third goal. Receiving the ball from the right, the little Argentine runs across field before slipping through for Villa, who was just about onside, to run onto. The Spanish striker shoots into the far post to make it three.

76 Min: IBTimes - GOAL! 4-0 BARCELONA! VILLA!

80 Min: IBTimes - Real Madrid substitution - Arbeloa In, Marcelo Out.

80 Min: IBTimes - 61 minutes in, Barca are ruthless as they pass their way around Madrid as though the whites weren't even there. Madrid haven't been able to get enough of the ball to try and get one back.

84 Min: IBTimes - Messi is fouled wide right and Barca take the free kick short, before passing it all the way back to Puyol. They are determined not to let Madrid touch the ball except for picking it up from inside their net.

87 Min: IBTimes - Barca just content to keep the ball. Their really getting into their groove now, with some sublime flicks, touches and passes all over. This is truly 'total football'.

90 Min: IBTimes - GOAL! 5-0 BARCELONA! JEFFREN!

91 Min: IBTimes - As this heads into Jose Mourinho's first defeat as manager of Real Madrid, what is certain is that Barca know their football. Each player knows what he ought to do, and what his team mate will do. Their passing is almost telepathic, and Madrid, for all their flair so far this season, are nowhere near this Barca side today.

92 Min: IBTimes - Frustration is evident among the Real Madrid players as Carvalho and Ramos gets booked within minutes. Carvalho for a deliberate hand ball, while Ramos for coming in late on Villa.

94 Min: IBTimes - Khedira is the latest Madrid player to get book, the 9th player, after he clattered into Iniesta knocking him down.

95 Min: IBTimes - And the goal scorer Villa is substituted for Bojan Krikic as the Nou Camp gives the Spaniard a standing ovation for his two goals.

97 Min: IBTimes - It's barely a minute since Bojan's comes on and he aleady blisters Casillas' fingers after a Barca attack in numbers slipped him just inside the box.

Ronaldo Taunt for Barca Fans

Soccer Extreme : Cristiano Ronaldo has warned the Barcelona boo-boys that nothing they do can stop Real Madrid winning at the Nou Camp tonight.

Barca fans hate Ronaldo and Real boss Jose Mourinho so much that many are expecting the most hostile atmosphere since Luis Figo was pelted with coins, cigarette lighters, bicycle chains, mobile phones and a pig's head back in 2002.

Ronaldo said: "Anyone who doesn't like me can either shut their eyes, shut their mouths or sit at home and turn off the TV because we are coming to Barcelona to win.

"It will probably be Mourinho, not me, they abuse most because of all the things he has done to them with Chelsea and Inter.

"They can boo or whistle us as much as they want because none of us care a jot."

Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas believes Lionel Messi will be the difference between the sides tonight.

The former Barca midfielder said: "Messi is a phenomenon.

"He is like a bull, hardly ever injured. He does things no one else can.

"Real are improved this season but of course I want Barca to win." (thesun)

Barcelona have defensive concerns as they protect a 2-0 lead in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final. Gabriel Milito (thigh strain) and Martin Montoya (fractured clavicle) are out but midfielder Andres Iniesta returned to training on Sunday.

Real are without Pepe, who was sent off in the ill-tempered first-leg, and Sergio Ramos is also suspended. Their coach Jose Mourinho, who was ordered from the bench at the Bernabeu, must watch the match from the stands. Surprisingly both teams were beaten in league matches at the weekend.

Real, who rested Cristiano Ronaldo, lost 3-2 to Zaragoza and now now trail Barcelona by eight points with four matches remaining.

Milito was injured in Barca's 2-1 defeat to Real Sociedad, their first league defeat for seven months.

The unbeaten run spanned 31 matches, one short of matching the longest streak in league history. After the defeat in San Sebastien, Barca coach Pep Guardiola admitted the four "El Clasico" matches in 18 days - league, Cup final and the two Champions League games - had taken their toll.

"What happened was a lesson," he said. "Like any team we can win or lose. We were coming off a complicated situation."

Left back Maxwell could return to Guardiola's side, but Adriano is out, while France defender Eric Abidal, who had surgery on a liver tumour in March, was included in Barca's squad for Tuesday's game.

Preview : Auxerre v AC Milan, November 23, 2010

Soccer Extreme : When the draw for the Champions League was made, Auxerre were salivating at the prospect of meeting European heavyweights Real Madrid, AC Milan and Ajax. Though the rhetoric from the players was largely upbeat about the challenges that lay ahead, there could be little doubt that AJA were the group minnows. Their heads are on the chopping block with four games played, but equally they’re not out of the race for the last 16 yet.

Jean Fernandez’s men have picked up only three points. Those came at home last time out against Ajax, when they defied a nasty injury situation to overcome the Dutch side 2-1 thanks to goals from Frederic Sammaritano and Steeven Langil. Only two points behind second-placed AC Milan, victory on Tuesday could conceivably take the French side second.

Sammaritano is certainly not approaching the game with a defeatist attitude, stating to Foot01: “If we manage to start the match well, knowing that the fans at the Abbe-Deschamps will inspire us, nothing is impossible.

“If we win, we will be completely revived in the race. It is true that this will be complicated, because we started with three defeats in the Champions League. Milan leads the Italian championship and are a great team.”

AJA are right to carry confidence into this encounter. After a woeful start to the season they are presently one of France’s most in-form teams, though they could only draw 1-1 with Saint-Etienne at the weekend.

Mentally tough

While Auxerre have recently found their feet, AC Milan have been up and running since a three-match winless streak in Serie A was ended by a 1-0 home win over Genoa. Admittedly they would suffer defeat away to Real Madrid, while a tie in Amsterdam against Ajax wasn’t too smart either, but domestically they’ve been almost flawless since the autumn really took hold.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side came incredibly close to being the first to upset Jose Mourinho three weeks ago. A couple of goals from Filippo Inzaghi turned the match in the favour of the Italians after Gonzalo Higuain had given the visitors the lead, but a 94th minute strike from Pedro Leon denied them.

Victory would have seen AC Milan on the very brink of the knock-out stage, but as things stand they are very much in the mix to finish third should results go awry. There is little evidence that such a catastrophe is likely, with 1-0 wins over Inter and Fiorentina domestically highlighting the progress that has been made by the club over the last few months.

“We have reached a mental balance that is also evident in training during the week,” Allegri told the media after Sunday’s hard-fought success over the Fiorentina. “Credit must be paid to the boys at the back who rolled up their sleeves and battled when the visitors looked to come back at us.”

If such an attitude can be found again on Tuesday, AC Milan have to be considered favourites to pick up the points as they boast technically superior players to their hosts. (goal)

Soccer Extreme : Ajax skipper Luis Suarez probably reads a lot of Twilight or likes the character of Edward a lot.

How else would you explain Suarez doing a Mike Tyson ( well not exactly!) on PSV Eindhoven’s Ottman Bakkal in the Eredivisie on Sunday?

Suarez bit Bakkal on the shoulder in the scuffle that ensued between Ajax and PSV players following the dismissal of Rasmus Lindgren.

Preview : Ajax vs Real Madrid, November 23, 2010

Soccer Extreme : Ajax boss Martin Jol hailed Real Madrid counterpart Jose Mourinho as a "true craftsman" ahead of their Champions League clash.

Jol and Mourinho were adversaries in London when they managed Tottenham and Chelsea respectively and the Dutchman admits he is relishing the chance to pit himself against the Portuguese in the Group G encounter at the ArenA.

"Mourinho is a great coach and a true craftsman," he said.

"I have come up against him five or six times. He gets the most out of his team and has proved he is the best in his field."

Madrid have already qualified for the knockout phase and a point for the visitors would secure them top spot in the pool.

The stakes are higher for Ajax as they currently lie in third place, just a point behind AC Milan with two games remaining.

Breaking News : (Video) Luis Suarez bites Otman Bakkal

Jol's side have been inconsistent in domestic competition recently but goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg is adamant the players should not get bogged down by their form against the Primera Division high-flyers.
"We must enjoy playing this kind of game," he said before admitting Ajax were poor in the reverse fixture at the Bernabeu which Madrid won 2-0.

"In Madrid we did not play. It is clear we should have done better."

Ajax will have striker Luis Suarez available despite the club imposing a two-match ban on the Uruguay international after deeming him guilty of biting PSV Eindhoven's Otman Bakkal in Saturday's goalless draw.

The ban will only apply domestically, however, meaning he will miss the Eredivisie fixtures against VVV-Venlo and NEC Nijmegen.

Madrid have left out several players carrying slight knocks to ensure they are ready for next Monday's top-of-the-table clash with Barcelona at the Nou Camp.

Gonzalo Higuain, Sami Khedira and Ricardo Carvalho will all remain in the Spanish capital with Mourinho calling up Sergio Canales and David Mateos as well as youth-team regular Alvaro Morata.

Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas is hoping 2011 will be the year when Madrid finally get past the quarter-finals, the club having fallen at that stage in each of the last six seasons.

He told www.uefa.com: "It has stuck in our heads like a little trauma, but this has happened to the players - me more than anyone - who have been here a few years.

"I've experienced and suffered this situation but the new, young players have their own experiences with previous clubs, so it's not necessarily something the squad as a whole think about.

"It's more the club which has suffered this setback in the last six years." (espn)

Preview : AS Roma v Bayern Munich, November 23, 2010

Soccer Extreme : Roma host last season's UEFA Champions League runners-up Bayern Munich knowing that a victory would consolidate their second place in Group E.

The Bavarian giants have already secured their place in the first knockout round after recording four wins in a row while the Italians lie on six points.

The permutations are simple for the Italians. Victory at the Stadio Olimpico and a draw in the other games between Cluj and Basel, would mean qualification.

However if in the other game there is a winner or Roma fail to win, it would all come down to Matchday Six. Louis Van Gaal's side can afford to lose in the Eternal City as long as it is within a two-goal margin, so they can top the group.

Claudio Ranieri's side though, will be out for revenge after Bayern were comfortable 2-0 winners in the reverse fixture on Matchday One.

The Giallorossi have gathered momentum since their poor start to the season and are currently on a eight-match unbeaten run in all competitions defeating Udinese 2-0 in Serie A at the weekend.

Although Bayern are already through, Ranieri does not expect them to be taking things easy, particularly given they can ensure they win the group by earning a point.

"I don't expect them to be demobilised, they're a team with many great players," he said.

"We're not quite as fluid as I'd like us to be but I'm intrigued to see how my team plays against Bayern."

Meanwhile, the German champions have been on a poor run of form and are currently 14 points behind Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund and only managed a 1-1 draw against rivals Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend.

Bayern captain Philipp Lahm said his side are focused on securing top spot in the group to facilitate their passage in the knockout stages.

"We've got a perfect record with four wins from four and we're in the second round but we want more, we want at least a point tomorrow because we want to win the group," he said.

"The advantage of winning the group is that you play the away leg first in the second round and you also avoid the favourites.

"We want to get that first place as soon as possible, which is why we want to win in Rome."

Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi is back in the squad after recovering from a groin injury and is expected to start.

Centre-back Juan and striker Adriano returned from their respective thigh and ankle injuries at the weekend and have been included in the squad but Rodrigo Taddei remains sidelined with a calf problem.

Bayern have been hit by a series of injuries and suspensions depriving them of Mark van Bommel, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Arjen Robben, Miroslav Klose, Holger Badstuber and Ivica Olic.

Van Gaal is banking on hot-shot Mario Gomez to continue his recent streak in front of goal and will give some of his rusty players including Franck Ribery, Diego Contento and David Alaba the chance to get some much needed match practice.

Meanwhile, centre-back Martin Demichelis has recovered from a hamstring strain and is fit to play. (skysport)

WAGs : Mesut Ozil & Anna-Maria Lagerblom Split

Soccer Extreme : Real Madrid's German star Mesut Ozil has split from his girlfriend Anna-Maria Lagerblom, it was revealed on Saturday.

"Yes, we have separated," Lagerblom told German daily Bild on Saturday.

Ozil, 22, had been with Lagerblom, 28, since May 2009.

After a series of outstanding displays for Germany at the World Cup in South Africa, Ozil joined Real from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen in August.

Lagerblom has split from Ozil after suffering from homesickness and loneliness in the Spanish capital having moved to Madrid in September with her son from her first marriage.

"The lifestyle was not for me, I didn't like it," said Lagerblom, the sister of popular German singer Sarah Conor and the former wife of Finland midfielder Pekka Lagerblom.

"I am pleased to be single, I'm happy again." (bild)

Roberto Mancini caught up in row over Mario Balotelli

Soccer Extreme : Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has had a blazing row with four of his players, who claim he is giving striker Mario Balotelli special treatment.

Emmanuel Adebayor, Shaun-Wright Phillips, Joleon Lescott and Wayne Bridge confronted their boss the day after the goalless Manchester derby, when striker Balotelli left training early even though he hadn't played the night before.

They told Mancini, who recently accused players of laziness, does not apply his usual rules to the former Inter Milan striker, who arrived in August for about $45 million.

"The lads are not happy because they are not playing as much as they'd like to be, but they work hard,' said a source.

'Balotelli is Mancini's blue-eyed boy because he came from Inter.'

Adebayor was furious at having only played a few minutes as an injury-time substitute, and kicked over a tactics board after the game.

Balotelli is on a five-year contract but could be leaving next summer. He was seen dining with AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani this week.

'The likelihood is I will be at City up to June,' he said. (heraldsun)

Ruby, Berlusconi Sex Scandal Rebuttal: At Least I'm Not Gay, Says PM

Soccer Extreme :Nadia Macri', a 28 year old aspiring model and "television showgirl," alleges that Italy's Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi payed her over $14,000 for intercourse.

The allegations came forward as part of an unrelated look into a cocaine smuggling ring, says that paper. Macri' also alleged that pot was available on the PM's private jet.

As she told investigators:

There was grass available in all the rooms, it had been brought in on the prime minister's private jet. I saw a number of guests smoking, but never the prime minister.

Hotnews> : Berlusconi and Karima “Ruby” El Mahroug scandal (With Hot Photos)

These allegations came out during the investigation of an alleged cocaine smuggling ring involving Perla Genovesi, a former member of Berlusconi's party turned whistle blower, says the Telegraph. Berlusconi's lawyers denied the allegations.

The Daily Mail, which described Macri' as "a high-class call girl," reports that the girl alleges she slept with 74 year old Berlusconi twice and saw him have sex with other women in a jacuzzi.

Nadia Macri'

The revelations come simultaneously as Karima Keyek, better known as Ruby, alleged that Berlusconi has a marble statue of Superman with his face carved on it, according to the UK paper the Metro. They quote Ruby as saying:

I was sat next to Silvio. We talked about everything except politics. Then he showed us a marble statue of Superman that had his face.

Ruby became the center of the recent spate of sex scandals when it was revealed that Berlusconi allegedly told police she was related to Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak, which she is not, in order to speed her release after being detained for theft.

Karima "Ruby" El Mahroug

The scandals have caused calls for Berlusconi to step down. Parliamentary speaker Gianfranco Fini, a one-time ally of the premier, has said that the PM should resign if it is proven that he abused his power in pressuring police to release Ruby. Berlusconi recently angered gay groups when he stated that, "It's better to be passionate about a beautiful girl than a gay." (huffingtonpost)

Preview : Liverpool v West Ham, November 20, 2010

Soccer Extreme : The Reds saw a six-match undefeated run brought to an end with a 2-0 reversal at Stoke City last weekend, but they're able to boast a formidable home record against the Hammers and are unbeaten in the last 38 league meetings in front of the Kop.

West Ham will arrive on Merseyside rooted to the foot of the table. They're five points from safety and are without a Barclays Premier League victory since September.

However, Avram Grant's contingent have lost just twice in their last 11 outings in all competitions and have drawn each of their last three matches.

"It's always not easy to play at Anfield, especially when Liverpool need the points," said Grant.

"But we have lost just twice in 11 games, we want to continue with that and a little bit more.

"If we continue to do the right things - and there are things we could do better - the win will come and we will do everything to get it.

"Liverpool are a good team. They won three games in a row and played good football. They lost at Stoke but they could also have not lost there."

Grant concedes that while he will send his team out with the intention of winning, he could be satisfied with a point.

He said: "It depends on how the game goes. Sometimes, like when we went to Birmingham, we knew it was a very tough place to go because they had lost only one game, but we were disappointed with one point.

"I think in any game of football, situations occur where you can make surprises. This is our target, but we will see how the game goes. We want to win."

Grant added: "I enjoy it (the challenge of playing at Anfield). It is the first club that I came to when I was 20 or 21 - it was a long time ago! It was the first time I visited a team and I was at Anfield with Bob Paisley. I enjoyed it very much.

"Nobody can say more than what people already know about the history of Anfield. It's one of the temples of football and I enjoy going there, but I enjoy taking points there more."

Liverpool's central midfield options have been depleted ahead of West Ham's visit following injuries to Steven Gerrard and Jay Spearing, while Lucas Leiva will serve a one-match suspension.

Joe Cole and Daniel Agger also remain sidelined, but Fernando Torres, Glen Johnson, Dirk Kuyt and Martin Skrtel have all been declared fit for the 5.30pm kick-off.

West Ham have no fresh injury doubts following the midweek internationals, though they will be without Anthony Edgar, Peter Kurucz, Thomas Hitzlsperger, Jack Collison and Zavon Hines, while Tal Ben Haim, Valon Behrami and Manuel da Costa are said to be doubtful. (espn)

Preview : Arsenal v Tottenham H., November 20, 2010

Soccer Extreme : Second host seventh at the Emirates in Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off, which will be the 165th meeting between these bitter north London neighbours, their 147th league clash and 37th in the Premier League. But the ever-present pressure to win this fixture will be intensified because Arsenal have the incentive of going top, even if only temporarily, by winning – and Spurs have the incentive of making sure that doesn’t happen, while closing the gap on fourth-placed Manchester City.

Arsene Wenger’s side enjoyed a near-perfect weekend last time out, beating Everton away after Manchester United had been held by Aston Villa and before Chelsea crashed to an unaccustomed home defeat by Sunderland.

Those results meant that the Gunners closed to with two points of the Blues, in sharp contrast to an alternative scenario which would have seen Chelsea eight points ahead had the Black Cats been despatched and the Toffees stuck it to visiting Londoners. The challenge for Arsenal now is to build on that turn of events by achieving a third straight win; the boost to local pride will be highly desirable secondary bonus.

However, their impressive wins at Molineux and Goodison last week should not obscure the fact that Arsenal’s recent home form has been below par. Defeat by West Bromwich Albion, somewhat laboured victories over Birmingham and West Ham, and that loss to Newcastle speak ominously of a team currently ill at ease on their own turf.

Wenger will be desperate to re-establish dominance at home, which is an imperative for any title-winning team. And his squad are certainly contenders. Midfielder Samir Nasri – whose speed of thought and foot impressed for France at Wembley – is optimistic it could be Arsenal’s turn this year. Beating Spurs on Saturday wouldn’t guarantee that but it would underline their intent.

Recent history is undoubtedly on their side: the Gunners have taken 29 points from a possible 33 in their last 11 home league games against their rivals, have lost only one of the last 21 and are unbeaten against Tottenham at home for 18 years. Moreover, they beat Spurs 4-1 at White Hart Lane in a League Cup tie in September.

Tottenham, though, sense the wind of change blowing through north London. Their 2-1 win at the Lane last April finally ended a nightmare sequence against the old enemy, and was a key stepping-stone on their route into this season’s Champions League. Having had to endure watching the Gunners go far in that competition year after year, Spurs are now participants, enjoying themselves hugely and making many sit up and take notice with a scintillating win over defending champions Inter.

Striker Peter Crouch said this week: “We're a lot closer to them than we have been for a long time, and against the best we seem to raise our game.”

That may be true, but a damning statistic for Spurs fans is that it is now 68 league games since Tottenham last won away against one of the Premier League’s 'big four' clubs - Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool. They’ve had 20 draws and 48 defeats against this quartet since beating Liverpool 2-1 at Anfield back in August 1993.

However, in Rafael van der Vaart and Gareth Bale they boast two of the League’s most in-form players, and they will make the short trip down the Seven Sisters Road buoyed by their 4-2 victory over Blackburn Rovers last weekend, and with boyhood Arsenal fan Redknapp trying to convince his players that the Gunners are unusually vulnerable at home just now.

Spurs have already beaten Stoke City and Fulham away from home this season, and will feel they have a good opportunity to achieve their first win on Arsenal turf since May 1993 when George Graham, who went on to manage at White Hart Lane, fielded a shadow XI at Highbury a few days before the Gunners’ FA Cup final appearance and duly paid the price with a 3-1 defeat. 2010–2011 Teams, Lingerie Football League

Soccer Extreme : The Lingerie Football League (LFL) is a women's 7-on-7 tackle American football league, created in 2009, with games played in the Fall and Winter at NFL, NHL and MLS arenas and stadia. The league was founded by Mitchell S. "Mitch" Mortaza. The league's administrative offices are in West Hollywood, California.

The concept originated from the Super Bowl halftime alternative television special called the Lingerie Bowl which draws millions of viewers as a pay-per-view event broadcast annually directly opposite the Super Bowl halftime show. The television show has become a staple of Super Bowl Sunday festivities for millions worldwide being broadcast in over 85 countries.

Playing style is full-contact and similar to other indoor football leagues. Uniforms consist of shoulder pads, elbow pads, knee pads, garters, bras, panties, and ice hockey-style helmets with clear plastic visors in lieu of face masks.

There are no field goals and no punts. There is a kickoff to start the game and second half. A team must attempt to get a first down on every fourth down. After a touchdown, a team can attempt a one-point conversion from the two yard line, or a two-point conversion from the five-yard line.

There are seven women on each side of the 50-yard field, the same as the Continental Indoor Football League, but one fewer than the eight players usually found in arena football or other indoor leagues. Teams consist of 20 players, only 14 of whom are active on game day. This means that there are usually three or four players who play both offense and defense.

The standard offensive formation features 1 quarterback, 2 running backs, 1 center, and 3 wide receivers. The standard defensive formation features 2 defensive linemen, 2 linebackers, 2 cornerbacks, and 1 safety.

The field is 50-yard between end zones, 30 yards wide, and the end zones are 8 yards deep, roughly the same as other indoor leagues.

A game consists of two 17-minute halves, separated by a 15-minute halftime. In the event of a tie, an 8-minute sudden-death overtime is played.

In 2009–2010, the ten LFL inaugural season teams competed in a 20-week season with games at major arenas and stadia. The weekly games were shot in 1080i high-definition and to broadcast on some MyNetworkTV affiliate stations, international stations, and online streaming.

In 2010–2011, MTV Networks' MTV2 channel has licensed the rights to broadcast 20 regular season and two conference playoff highlight programs. LFL Presents: LFL, Friday Night Football on MTV2 is scheduled to premiere on September 10, 2010.

Wayne Rooney back in Manchester to film Street Striker

Soccer Extreme : As his England team-mates prepare to take on France at Wembley, Wayne Rooney was instead on the streets of Manchester back from his week-long jaunt in the US.

The Manchester United star was filming the latest scenes from the third series of his Street Striker TV series, where he searches for the nation’s most skilful street footballer.

The 25-year-old appeared in good spirits as he signed autographs and posed for photographs with fans.

Rooney took time away from filming to greet fans and sign autographs

Rooney was not selected in Fabio Capello's England squad for Wednesday's sold-out international against France having been sidelined for the past month due to injury.

Old Trafford chief Sir Alex Ferguson opted to send Rooney to Portland for a week-long conditioning course at the world HQ of club sponsor's Nike where he engaged in an intense SPARQ (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness) training programme.

Ferguson now looks set to call upon Rooney for the visit to Ibrox next week when United take on Scottish champions Rangers in the Champions League after revealing the striker had made excellent progress during his brief time in the States. (dailymail)

Harry Potter is dead

Soccer Extreme : Not the bespectacled teenage wizard created by author J.K. Rowling. This deceased Potter was a British soldier killed in 1939, and his grave is helping draw tourists to the backwater Israeli town of Ramle.

Ramle does not keep numbers on how many tourists flock to the grave in the town's British military cemetery, but tour guides and the municipality say the tombstone has become a popular attraction, largely for domestic travelers.

"There is no connection with the Harry Potter we know from literature, but the name sells, the name is marketable," said Ron Peled, a tour guide who said he has brought dozens of groups to the grave.

Pvt. Harry Potter was born near Birmingham, England, and joined the British military in 1938. According to his regiment's website, he arrived to British mandate Palestine later that year, where he was killed in battle with an armed band in 1939. He was 18.

The tombstone says, incorrectly, that he died at 19 — a result of him having lied about his age so he could enlist.

The municipality said people began inquiring about the grave about five years ago, and the city listed it on its tourism website at the start of the year.

On a recent afternoon, a group of Israeli visitors, led by a microphone-wielding tour guide, scoured the manicured cemetery, looking for Potter's tombstone. Once they found it among the 4,500 graves, they huddled behind it and snapped photos.

"It's a type of pilgrimage for some man whose name stands out. If you didn't say that Harry Potter was buried here, no one would come here," said Josef Peretz, 76, from Tel Aviv .

Thousands of tourists visit Ramle, a drab, working-class town in central Israel , every year, in large part because of its many archaeological ruins and convenient location, according to the municipality. (AP)

Alex Ferguson : I'm a Phenomenon

Soccer Extreme : Ferguson (left pic) was speaking of his longevity at United while in Qatar yesterday.

He said: "We are in a very competitive world because of the media and supporters. Very often you get kneejerk reactions.

"Brian Clough and Arsene Wenger are great examples of what can happen if you don't change a manager. Changing doesn't guarantee success.

"Longevity has proved in my case, in Brian Clough's and Arsene Wenger's, that it can bring success.

"You wonder when directors are sitting round the table in the boardroom with their cheese and all that whether they actually consider Alex Ferguson, Brian Clough or Arsene Wenger.

"I don't think anyone else will manage for 24 years. I'm a phenomenon." (tribal)

(Video) Ibrahimovic kicks Robinho, gets honorary black belt in Taekwondo

ibra full fighting

Soccer Extreme : A day after he tried to kick a ball out of Robinho's shirt during a goal celebration, a week after he got in a training ground fight with Oguchi Onyewu, and two months after he kicked teammate Rodney Strasser in the back for seemingly no reason whatsoever, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been given an honorary black belt in Taekwondo in Italy.

Of course, this honor actually has nothing to do with any of those incidents. Zlatan first earned a black belt in Taekwondo when he was 17. But if anyone were to get a black belt for attacking teammates, it would certainly be Ibra. (yahoo)

This video, Zlatan kicks Robinho on the stomach... :(
