Adriano’s mum says he was ’suicidal’ at Inter Milan
Soccer Extreme : In an interview with Italian newspaper La Gazetta dello Sport, Adriano’s mom, Dona Rosilda, has revealed the Brazilian striker was ‘considering suicide’ after a period of depression while at Inter Milan.
The 28-year-old, currently fighting to regain fitness at Roma, hit rock bottom after the death of his father and had a public battle with alcoholism, twice being packed off to Brazil to recover after being pictured falling out of nightclubs and turning up late to training. (thespoiler)
